The service
ZeroToRunner provides structured running programs delivered as a downloadable PDF training plan, plus a dashboard where you can re-download your plan. It is not live human coaching, medical care, emergency monitoring, or a guarantee of a race result.
Eligibility and suitability
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information about your starting level and availability. The initial program is an eight-week 10K curriculum for eligible runners. Purchasing one or four weeks unlocks only that portion of the program. Other distances are not yet available.
If you have pain, an injury, symptoms during exercise, or uncertainty about whether training is appropriate, seek qualified professional advice. Stop exercise when necessary. Automated responses cannot determine whether a condition is safe.
Purchases and access
Each purchase is a one-time payment for the selected number of weeks. Prices and currency are shown before payment. There is no automatic renewal or free trial. Your PDF training plan is available to download as soon as payment is verified.
A shorter purchase does not compress the full eight-week curriculum — it covers only the weeks you bought. Your profile stays associated with your account after access ends, and you can return to your dashboard to re-download your plan at any time.
Account and acceptable use
Keep your dashboard access secure and use the service only for your own lawful training. Do not share another person's private information without permission or attempt to access accounts, purchase records, or training you are not entitled to.
Refunds and support
See the refunds and support page for the current enrollment status and policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Program changes
We may improve the service and correct curriculum errors. Material changes affecting an active purchase should be communicated to the affected member. Samples are illustrative and are not personal training prescriptions.
