Information you provide
When you sign up, we collect your name, phone number, and two safety acknowledgments (that you are 18 or older, and whether you currently have pain, an injury or another concern). We do not collect your age, weight, height, or a fitness questionnaire — the program is the same structured 8-week curriculum for every purchaser.
How information is used
We use your information to create your account, apply the basic safety checks above before checkout, process your payment, and generate the PDF training plan you download. Information about pain or injury is used to block checkout until you confirm you are fit to train; the service does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Payments and service providers
Razorpay processes checkout and payment. We store purchase references, amounts, currency, and payment status. We do not store your card number, CVV, banking password, or payment OTP. Hosting and database providers process the information needed to operate the service.
Website analytics
Only if you allow analytics, we count a limited set of page views, program selections and navigation clicks, and share that same limited event data with Meta to measure and improve ad performance (the Meta Pixel and Conversions API). A successful payment is also reported to Meta as a purchase, using your phone number in hashed form only, so ad delivery can be optimized toward genuine customers. Events have no name, email, account identifier, health answers or chat content. We retain these anonymous events for up to 90 days and report them in aggregate. The privacy-settings control lets you withdraw consent. We respect browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals; when analytics is off or those signals are present, no data reaches Meta either. No Google advertising tracker is currently installed.
Storage safeguards
The service uses encrypted connections and database encryption at rest. Access is restricted to the authenticated owner and authorized service operations. No system can promise absolute security.
Retention and account requests
Your profile and purchase history remain associated with your account after your program ends, so you can return to your dashboard to re-download your plan. You may request access, correction, or deletion through rajeshthiagu99@gmail.com. Some payment or security records may need to be retained for applicable legal or operational requirements.
Children and updates
The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We may update this policy as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
